Sylvania Schools Families,

As part of the annual preparation for the next school year, we are asking families to update the 24-25 Student Information Form in OneView by Tuesday, April 30. It only takes a few minutes to view, verify and update this important information. The OneView Student Information Form includes emergency contacts, consents, medical information, transportation request, and other necessary information we require annually for each student.

If you don't know your username: The parent/guardian who is the OneView account owner will receive an email from the OneView system ([email protected]) with the subject line "24-25 OneView Link & Instructions". The email will include your USERNAME and instructions. We are sharing this so you can expect the email and know that it is not spam or a phishing scam. The emails will be sent throughout the day today and tomorrow.

Why do this in the spring? Transportation begins routing for next school year before this school year ends. It is important to know which students will ride the bus. 

This form is for current K-11 students - This form does not need to be updated for incoming kindergarten students unless there are any changes to your information as this form is completed as part of registration. If you need to enroll an incoming kindergarten student, begin the process through enroll.sylvaniaschools.org.
